About the photo gallery
As you may perhaps appreciate, we have tried to make this site interesting by including some of the fantastic photographs taken by members, some of whom are also professional photographers, in the banner for each page. Because of the format requirements for the page banner, only part of the original photographs can be used. Here you can see the originals in all their glory, plus information about each photograph. What the aircraft is, where and by whom it was taken, etc. There is a second section to show more fantastic photographs that we have not yet used to head up a page.
